Available for download: list of SURE Voter File Numbers of Philadelphia voters identified by the PA Department of State as lacking PennDOT ID for voting. Use it in good health!
Note: anyone who has a database of Philadelphia voters can join this information and produce street lists of voters. Street lists cannot be posted openly on the internet for privacy reasons.
Stephanie recommends that you find out which of your friends and neighbors lack a PennDOT ID for voting. If they don't have any of the other ID's acceptable for voting under the new law, take them down to PennDOT to get their free ID for voting. Then get them to the polls in November 2012, May 2013, November 2013, and so on.
Stephanie is still trying to figure out how accurate the list is, and how many people on the list have some non-PennDOT ID they can use for voting. Any information you choose to send back to Stephanie about the voters you contact would be much appreciated, especially if you send an Excel sheet with SURE Voter File Numbers and notes. You can send these to the campaign (sfsinger@campaignscientific.com) or to the Office of the Chair of the City Commissioners (stephanie.singer@phila.gov).
If you find someone who should be on the list but isn't, please let Stephanie know asap. Thanks!
